There real protest march (the one with the official permit) was much larger, calmer and better organized. The march was pretty much a wide street full of people stretching out for between 5 and 10 blocks. Pretty impressive, really.

The St Paul PD used a small jeep like thing with a brightly lit ‘Follow Me’ sign to guide the protesters. The protesters followed the jeep. (The Sheep followed the Jeep?) 

The coffin meant something (to them).

At one point in time a fire truck had to cut through the crowd. A handful of what were likely Iraq vets took charge, motioned the crowd and parted the sea of humans. (Didn’t get a picture of that.)
